INEOS AUTOMOTIVE TO REFOCUS THE ORGANISATION ON CUSTOMERS AND GROWTH

LONDON, 13 November 2025 – INEOS Automotive today confirmed a series of strategic measures to structure its business for long-term success as it continues to grow sales and mature as an organisation.

As the company evolves from its engineering phase into a market focused automotive business, INEOS Automotive is changing its organisation to better serve its customers. The company will focus on frontline operations and simplify its head office to improve efficiency andresponsiveness.

These changes include a global headcount reduction programme of several hundred head office staff across multiple locations. This focuses the business on its core manufacturing and commercial activities, to grow sales and deliver exceptional products, service, and support to customers worldwide.

INEOS Automotive continues to build upon strong foundations: broadening its product portfolio; expanding its sales and service points with the addition of 40 locations; and building its regional presence, including a new Americas HQ in New Jersey, to ensure that the business is positioned as a long term player in the global automotive industry.

ABOUT INEOS AUTOMOTIVE

In 2017, INEOS Chairman Jim Ratcliffe, a car enthusiast and experienced adventurer, identified a gap in the market for an uncompromising 4X4 engineered for modern day compliance and reliability. INEOS Automotive Limited was formed and a senior team of automotive professionals assembled to bring the vision to reality with a fresh perspective of 4X4 development and manufacturing.

In 2022 the INEOS Grenadier was launched: a truly global 4X4 built from the ground up that combines rugged British spirit and design with German engineering rigour. The Grenadier provides best-in-class off-road capability, durability, and reliability with the modern comfort and refinement customers expect wherever they are in the world. In 2023 a double-cab pick-up variant of the Grenadier was launched called the Quartermaster.
