Grenadier Trialmaster X LETECH
Following the unveiling of prototypes at Goodwood Festival of Speed 2024, INEOS Automotive is supporting LETECH GmbH in offering portal axle conversions of the Grenadier Station Wagon and Quartermaster.
As well as private customers, the portal-axle Grenadier will also be available to rescue services, aid agencies and other commercial fleets operating in extreme environments.
Developed and supplied exclusively by LETECH GmbH, the conversion is based on a Grenadier Trialmaster straight from the Hambach factory. Modifications include the fitment of portal axles, uprated suspension, and BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain tyres, fitted to forged 18” alloy wheels. The vehicles are available with the 3-litre turbocharged inline-six-cylinder BMW B57 diesel or B58 petrol engines. All feature the leather interior with heated front seats in either black or grey/black, Safari Windows, Premium Sound System, carpet floor mats and privacy glass over and above standard Trialmaster equipment.
ABOUT LETECH
Founded in 2009 by Andreas Lennartz, LETECH GmbH made its name restoring and modifying classic off-road vehicles. Since then, it has established a reputation for developing one-off, custom off-roaders and low-volume production vehicles for global manufacturers from its modern manufacturing facility in Welzheim, Germany. LETECH also offers a wide range of off-road accessories, including roof racks, off-road protection and suspension kits. LETECH has been an official INEOS Grenadier sales and service partner since 2021.
STATION WAGON
Taking the standard Grenadier Station Wagon’s award-winning blend of off-road capability and everyday versatility, the Grenadier Trialmaster X LETECH takes the vehicle’s go-anywhere ability to another level.
The modifications increase ground clearance by 186mm to 450mm and wading depth from 800mm to 1,050mm. As a result of the modifications, off-road geometry is enhanced, suspension articulation improved and weight distribution optimised, while the 3,500kg towing capacity is unaffected. Payload on the Station Wagon is up to 540kg.
